BaleScan Pro is operated by S. King ("we", "us", "our"). For personal data we collect in connection with providing the Service, we act as the data controller.

- Paddle.com Market Limited (Merchant of Record): for sale of the product, subscription management, payment processing, tax compliance, invoicing, and refunds.
